Our Referrers

All service-users must be referred to us by a statutory or voluntary agency. Currently we work with about 200 diverse bodies, such as housing departments, social services, rehabilitation units, homeless organisations, mental health groups, asylum seeker units, religious groups and community organisations.

This ensures that the need of our service-users is genuine. We try not to apply over-stringent conditions to the type of referral agency we deal with though; our aim is to help the maximum number of disadvantaged people through an increasing number of partnerships with third party organisations.
